Because the App utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate and process video content:
Temporary Processing: Uploaded images, media, and facial data are used strictly for processing your requested AI video generation.
No Facial Recognition / Identification: We do not use your uploaded images or videos to perform facial recognition, facial identification, or biometric profiling for identification purposes.
Storage and Retention: User-uploaded content and temporary AI generation assets are stored on secure cloud servers only for the duration required to complete the generation process and deliver the output to your device, after which they are deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention policies.
Model Training: We do not use your private, uploaded photos or videos to train public AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the App, including:
Google Play Services / Billing: For payment processing, subscription management, and app distribution.

5. Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases
One-Time Purchases: Consumable items (such as video generation credits or tokens) are billed once via Google Play at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your Google Play Store Account Settings.
6. Data Retention and Security
We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed 100% secure.
